What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and direct daily activities of the call center's operation
- Manage, train, and guide call center representatives in executing their tasks
- Resolve problems and complaints to support the team effectively
- Monitor agents' performance and analyze reports for call center operations
- Assist in the hiring process and maintain accurate performance evaluations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED; College Degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of call center experience
- Minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
- Typing speed of 40 wpm or higher
