      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Strategically manage Texas recruitment market with extensive travel to high schools and organizations
      - Serve as a primary decision-maker by evaluating admissions applications and recommending students for scholarships
      - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high school counselors, alumni, and community organizations
      - Plan and execute recruitment programs and information sessions, often during evenings and weekends
      - Provide expert guidance on admission and financial aid policies to students and families

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - One to three years of related work experience in admissions or education
      - Previous experience as a regionally based admissions representative, particularly in Texas
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
      - Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in admissions counseling or school counseling roles
      - Familiarity with Texas educational institutions and local networks
      - Strong presentation and public speaking skills
      - Proven ability to analyze enrollment data and trends
