      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Strategically manage the Texas recruitment market, including extensive travel to high schools and organizations for presentations and recruitment events
      - Serve as a primary decision-maker by evaluating a high volume of admissions applications and recommending students for scholarships
      - Cultivate and maintain relationships with high school counselors, independent counselors, community-based organizations, and local alumni
      - Plan and execute virtual and in-person recruitment programs, information sessions, and individual interviews
      - Provide expert guidance to students and families regarding admission and financial aid policies and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - One to three years of related work experience, preferably in Admissions or related educational work
      - Previous experience as a regionally based Admissions representative
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and extensive travel
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working in Admissions in Texas
      - Strong understanding of enrollment data and trends analysis
      - Experience with strategic communication and yield plans in a recruitment context
