      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute business development strategies and marketing plans to exceed business objectives
      - Provide account management and strategic planning for key accounts
      - Analyze market reports to meet quarterly and annual objectives
      - Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and decision-makers
      - Deliver compliant clinical presentations and assist in training for strategic business development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required; Advanced Business Degree is a plus
      - Minimum of 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including 5+ years in sales or field market access
      - At least 2+ years of experience in the Corrections/Criminal Justice System or Integrated Health Systems
      - Proven sales performance in specialty pharmacy markets and experience with complex customer protocols
      - Valid driver's license in good standing and willingness to travel regionally and nationally

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a start-up environment or with an entrepreneurial attitude
      - Proven product launch experience in a competitive healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments
      - Knowledge of specialty products, particularly injectable medication technologies
