Job Description

- This is a hybrid position/Onsite position. Onsite responsibilities include customer and branch visitation, with less frequent meetings at our Field Support Center in McKinney, Texas.
- The Regional Credit Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of 2-6 Credit Managers that manages the credit function for a region of $750MM+ in Sales and $150MM+ in Accounts Receivable. The RCM is responsible for developing a high-functioning team and serving as a partner to the business. They oversee the extension of credit, collection of accounts receivable, and support for sales growth.
- Coach and mentor direct reports to develop high-functioning team.
- Engage closely with local leadership to meeting holistic company objectives.
- Work with critical customers to extend credit and mitigate losses.
- Complete month-end reporting validating critical AR data.
- Report major impacts to business to Credit leadership and take collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Provide feedback, engage with peers, and share ideas for innovation and process improvement.
- Approve new credit applications, credit limits, and secured job approval up to approved amounts.
- Work closely with direct reports on management of AR, conformity to Credit Policy, and support development/career goals.
- Manage lien and bond rights to protect secondary security granted by statute and ensure effective collections of AR.
- Personally work with high-impact customers by developing relationships and in-person visits as necessary. Direct involvement on situations involving high-dollar credit extension and account mediation.
- Hold monthly meetings with sales leadership to align with company strategy related to sales goals and risk tolerance/bad debt mitigation.
- Complete monthly reporting processes to validate AR information and finalize decisions related to bad debt calculations.
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
- 5+ years in experience in a Credit Management position with customer and relationship-driven focus.
- Leadership abilities, including devotion to mentoring and developing others.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
