      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with the corporate patient recruitment team for all assigned studies and locations
      - Achieve study enrollment goals and assigned revenue targets
      - Guide teams in implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies, including community partnerships and physician referrals
      - Develop relationships with community organizations and healthcare providers to build sustainable referral networks
      - Monitor performance indicators and take targeted action to address or prevent underperformance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years managing a patient enrollment team of 5+ representatives
      - Proven success leading high-performing teams that meet or exceed enrollment and revenue goals
      - Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred
      - Strong knowledge of clinical trial enrollment processes, protocols, and regulations
      - Ability to build a culture of accountability, performance, and results

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Call center leadership experience supporting multi-therapeutic studies
      - 2-3 additional years as a patient enrollment representative
      - Healthcare sales and call center management training
      - Experience managing and improving KPIs at both individual and team levels
      - Relevant therapeutic area experience
