What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, train, and lead a regional sales team of 10-12 representatives
- Achieve sales results and excel in executing established performance metrics
- Oversee the successful launch of VP 102 and manage local sales budgets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and market segments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with market access and marketing teams to enhance HCP experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in Business or related fields; MBA preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5 years of front-line management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven sales experience in the life sciences/biopharmaceutical sector, specifically in medical dermatology
- Strong skills in strategic planning, execution, and performance management
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced start-up environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in launching new brands in the medical dermatology space
- Familiarity with buy and bill processes and specialty pharmacy
- Proven track record of developing key customer relationships and market segments
- Strong communication and influence skills to inspire confidence among stakeholders
