      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor sales team performance, ensuring targets for existing and new customers are met
      - Drive the sales process through the ongoing selection and training of qualified sales and account management professionals
      - Establish techniques to maximize productivity and efficiency within the sales team
      - Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to sales representatives
      - Act as a resource for the sales team and manage expenses for the region

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
      - Minimum of 5 years of proven sales leadership experience as a top performer
      - Experience in coaching sales representatives through all aspects of the sales process
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills with all levels of an organization
      - Strong history of team building and management in high-volume, fast-paced environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or other CRM systems
      - Proficiency in Google Suite or similar systems
      - Working knowledge of the education industry and medical terminology
      - Strong time-management skills
      - Team player who is proactive
