      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead day-to-day distributor partnerships and set clear execution standards
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with regional buyers and chain teams
      - Engage in the general market to drive distribution and placements
      - Own the annual market plan and track performance metrics
      - Coach and develop direct reports through field leadership and feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field plus a minimum of five years of progressive sales experience in the wine and spirits industry
      - Proven success in sales and account management within the alcohol beverage industry
      - Strong knowledge of on- and off-premise wine channels and trade
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong public speaking abilities
      - Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading teams through hands-on coaching and in-market leadership
      - Strong on-premise programming and general market development experience
      - Familiarity with Circana/Nielsen information
      - Wine education or certification (WSET or CSW preferred)
      - Experience managing chain calls and business reviews
