      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage state-level depletions, KPIs, and distributor targets
      - Conduct monthly performance reviews with key distributor teams
      - Build and execute state-level road maps, including programming and activity calendars
      - Cultivate relationships with key account buyers and ensure execution of focus programs
      - Host and lead fine wine events at key customer locations within the assigned territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field plus a minimum of five years of progressive sales experience in the wine and spirits or beverage industry
      - Proven success in alcohol beverage industry sales and account management
      - Knowledge and passion for luxury/premium and commercial wines
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with public speaking proficiency
      - Valid Driver's License and the ability to be insured; travel throughout the region required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Established relationships with decision-makers in key regional on-premise chain accounts
      - Experience selling imports and/or organic categories
      - Wine education or certification, such as WSET or CSW
      - Bilingual English/Spanish
