What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a comprehensive business plan to exceed sales goals
- Manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing
- Communicate the value of the employer's offerings to customers during the sales process
- Articulate the employer's value proposition to various organizational levels, from engineers to CxOs
- Forecast sales predictably and meet established targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIOs)
- Experience working with at least one early-stage start-up organization
- Proven track record of acquiring 5+ new logos per year and managing complex sales processes
- Experience with channel-led sales motions
- Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions
