      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain strong business relationships with brokers and agents to meet sales goals within your territory
      - Support new sales initiatives to promote existing products and develop new offerings
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient processing of sold products
      - Identify and procure new sales opportunities in partnership with brokers
      - Manage existing client relationships to create new sales opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      - Ability to learn the insurance and financial services industry, including products and marketing practices
      - Strong interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills
      - Highly motivated self-starter with problem-solving capabilities
      - Excellent time management and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
      - Proven track record of successful sales performance
      - Familiarity with employee benefits products, specifically Dental, Vision, and Hearing
      - Strong leadership presence and ability to work effectively with a team
