      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain business relationships to meet or exceed sales goals within your assigned territory
      - Understand the employer's diverse group products and the brokerage community
      - Support new sales initiatives to enhance existing product sales and develop new products
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing of sold products
      - Identify and procure new customer sales opportunities in partnership with brokers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      - Ability to learn the insurance and financial services industry, including products and marketing practices
      - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills
      - Highly motivated, results-oriented self-starter with problem-solving abilities
      - Strong time management, organization, and project management skills

      - Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
