- Receive and update AutoCAD Electrical drawing files based on provided redlines and direction.
- Respond to and help reduce the backlog of redlines.
- Return revised files in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and revision control.
- Collaborate closely with the Electrical Engineering team on additional documentation needs.
- Provide broader Electrical Engineering drafting or design support beyond redline updates.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical.
- Experience with redlines and drafting.
- Familiarity with PLM systems and Teamcenter.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering, industrial equipment, robotics, automated equipment, and capital equipment.
- Ability to support Teamcenter implementation initiatives.
- Experience in partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
- Skill in translating business needs into PLM system workflows and process improvements.
- Capability to support documentation, testing, and rollout efforts tied to Teamcenter.
- Ability to assist in driving alignment between engineering documentation processes and PLM system capabilities.
Job Title: AutoCAD DrafterJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafter to update and revise AutoCAD Electrical drawing files. The role involves collaborating with the Electrical Engineering team to address backlog redlines and maintain meticulous attention to detail in revision control. This position also offers opportunities to provide broader Electrical Engineering drafting and design support.
ResponsibilitiesThis is a 100% remote position, requiring availability to work East Coast hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
