What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and FDCPA regulations
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with team leads
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills—assertive, clear, and professional
- Critical thinking and active listening skills
- Basic math skills, including working with percentages
- Must pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Collections, sales, or call center experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills and reliable high-speed internet connection
