      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound customer inquiries and troubleshoot basic technical issues
      - Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
      - Utilize systems and technology for effective account management
      - Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to enhance customer experience
      - Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
      - Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
