      Position: Lean Agile Coach

      Locations: Remote (Canada)

      Duration: Contract

      Job Description:

      This is a high-impact, fully remote position focused on driving Agile and Lean adoption across delivery teams, programs, and portfolios. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and enterprise Agile leaders to champion a culture of continuous learning and business agility.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Act as a change agent to support Lean-Agile transformation at the team, program, and portfolio levels.
      • Partner with Business Agility Enablement (BAE) team and client stakeholders to drive organizational agility.
      • Provide coaching in various stances—teacher, mentor, facilitator, role model—tailored to team maturity.
      • Establish or support Lean-Agile Centers of Enablement (LACE) and drive Agile enablement practices at scale.
      • Lead Agile ceremonies as needed, stepping into Scrum Master, Product Owner, QA, or BA roles as helpful.
      • Guide teams through complex problem-solving aligned to business outcomes.
      • Author contextual Agile practice documentation and facilitate learning sessions and workshops.
      • Actively promote agile values, team ownership, and systems thinking within the organization.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 10+ years of experience across the full development lifecycle in leadership or coaching roles.
      • 5+ years of direct Agile coaching experience supporting Lean-Agile transformations.
      • Proven success in helping organizations adopt Agile mindsets and frameworks in customer-facing settings.
      • Strong experience applying Lean-Agile principles, frameworks, and practices across organizations.
      • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and change management.
      • Agile certification required (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner).
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).


      Preferred Qualifications:

      • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC6) certification or other enterprise agile credentials.
      • Expertise with Agile ALM tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Rally, or VersionOne.
      • Multiple Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe, LPM, ICAgile, etc.).
      • Exceptional communication, influence, and facilitation skills.
      • Experience coaching distributed agile teams or Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
