      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide free, confidential short-term emotional support and crisis intervention to callers
      - Utilize active listening techniques to assist callers in de-escalating mental health concerns
      - Follow the employer's crisis intervention model to address caller needs
      - Complete call reports and documentation accurately at the end of each call and shift
      - Participate in required trainings to support professional development and program integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 months related experience preferred
      - Ability to maintain a reliable schedule for full-time shifts, including nights and weekends
      - Reliable laptop/computer with secure and private Wi-Fi internet connection
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a non-judgmental attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a human service field
      - Familiarity with Gmail and Google Drive
