What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service through phone and computer interactions, ensuring superior service for clients
- Dispatch technicians to gas stations experiencing maintenance issues, coordinating responses effectively
- Commit to learning new information, policies, and skills related to the petroleum industry and software
- Maintain organization and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and service requests
- Pass required assessments, including computer skills evaluations and training evaluations, during the trial service period
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong internet connection and ability to set up a home office with company-provided equipment
- Must be a resident of Oregon or SW Washington
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to effectively use a computer, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and general internet navigation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not a requirement
