What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional customer service by prioritizing the Card Member’s experience
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to assist customers effectively
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while addressing customer inquiries
- Think creatively to exceed customer expectations and ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
- 1 year of call center experience preferred
- Strong internet skills and experience in a fast-paced, structured call center environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industries is preferred
- Experience with remote work and a strong ability to manage a home office environment
