What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle setup, monitoring, and maintenance of Remote Deposit Customers
- Assist customers with inquiries related to Merchant Deposit Capture and cash management products
- Prepare and coordinate risk assessments and manage MDC activities
- Maintain professional relations with external customers, internal associates, and vendors
- Complete documentation and reports related to customer records and department activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or equivalent; some college preferred
- 1-3 years of banking or office experience or equivalent higher education experience
- General banking and cash management knowledge desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a banking or treasury management environment
- Familiarity with Remote Deposit Capture products and processes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to assist others effectively
- Experience with customer service in a banking context
