What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process scanned medical records using proprietary software to support healthcare facilities
- Maintain accuracy and productivity in handling medical records critical for patient care
- Meet performance metrics and goals to qualify for additional income opportunities
- Participate in structured training sessions via Zoom for initial onboarding
- Adapt to varying workloads, including potential overtime based on client needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick informed decisions
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks and work on a computer for an entire shift
- Internet connection of at least 50 megabits download and 10 megabits upload
- Designated home workspace with minimal distractions and ability to connect equipment via Ethernet cable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with medical records is helpful, but not required
- Familiarity with healthcare documentation processes
