What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and report on all elements of call center staffing to meet productivity and profitability goals
- Facilitate real-time discussions with the Leadership team regarding forecast variances and recommend changes
- Use workforce management tracking tools to maintain information on employee activity and schedule assignments
- Analyze agent activity and report items requiring management attention
- React to fluctuations in call volume to restore service levels as quickly as possible
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience utilizing scheduling software (Verint preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in a multi-channel call center environment
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building/reporting in PowerBI or similar reporting systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume role
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Ability to work in a remote environment with a distraction-free workspace
