      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and report on call center staffing to meet productivity and profitability goals
      - Utilize workforce management tools to track employee activity and schedule exceptions
      - Analyze agent activity and escalate issues to management as needed
      - Make real-time adjustments for team meetings, training, and coaching
      - Conduct root-cause analyses to improve forecast accuracy and service levels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 1-2 years of experience with scheduling software (Verint preferred)
      - 1-2 years of experience in a multi-channel call center environment
      - Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in building and reporting with PowerBI or similar reporting systems
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      - Comfortable working in a high-volume role
      - Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
      - A suitable workspace at home free from distractions
