What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze customer's technical needs, suggest solutions, and develop implementation plans
- Design, develop, test, and support batch applications using OpenText Exstream composition tool suite
- Participate in software development cycle including coding, testing, and implementation
- Ensure technology and data-related assets are managed efficiently and securely
- Utilize agile software engineering practices, coding standards, and continuous delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior software engineer coding/programming experience
- Knowledge of customer communication management (CCM) practices
- Experience with data structures, data merge practices, and code repositories
- Familiarity with coding practices to comply with accessibility standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with OpenText Exstream tools such as Liquid Office, Communications Designer, Content Author, Empower
