      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide timely and effective white glove customer service and support to IT professionals
      - Handle incoming support tickets across multiple channels and escalate complex issues as necessary
      - Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Support Knowledge Base Articles
      - Assist in the onboarding and training of new interns and Tier 1 Support Engineers
      - Research and troubleshoot macOS, iPadOS, and iOS environments to resolve customer inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Background in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
      - Experience in customer-facing technology support, particularly with Apple devices
      - Ability to manage 15-20+ support tickets daily with timely responses
      - Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in Apple retail or technology support
      - Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms
      - Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
      - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
