What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Attend and participate in meetings with client stakeholders to understand training needs
- Develop a variety of training materials, including instructor-led training and e-learning resources
- Conduct virtual instructor-led training sessions for end users
- Evaluate the needs of the user community and plan training programs accordingly
- Support cross-functional activities with various teams to ensure successful training delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of experience in designing and developing course curriculum and training materials
- 3+ years of experience executing virtual classroom training
- 2+ years of experience creating eLearning/CBT content
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or Veterans Health Administration
