      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze accountability data to uncover performance trends and inform reporting
      - Build and maintain databases using Snowflake and dbt for dashboards and queries
      - Develop standardized datasets using SQL for evaluating academic and engagement outcomes
      - Design and maintain dashboards to visualize accountability metrics and outcomes
      - Collaborate with internal teams to advance strategic initiatives and support school services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS degree in mathematics, data science, technology, or education leadership
      - Three (3) years of data analysis or school leadership experience
      - Ability to pass a background check
      - Willingness to travel 10% of the time
      - Strong analytical skills and experience with large datasets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Python scripting for ETL processes
      - Proficiency in advanced analytics techniques, including regression analysis and causal inference
      - Awareness of current trends in K-12 accountability and educational research
      - Master's Degree preferred
