What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement a complex research intervention protocol, maintaining close communication with study investigators
- Schedule and conduct telephone or web-based visits with participants, including evening and weekend communications as needed
- Collaborate with participants and research team to complete intervention visits in line with study guidelines
- Communicate participant issues and study progress with investigators and staff
- Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in research
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral interventions
- Master’s degree required
- Outstanding communication skills with sensitivity to protected health information
- Ability to function independently and identify issues requiring physician input
- Proficient in electronic documentation and web-based intervention delivery
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with marginalized populations
- Spanish fluency is strongly preferred
