      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage research projects focused on the extraction and normalization of civic data
      - Delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely and accurate data delivery
      - Identify inefficiencies in research workflows and implement process improvements
      - Train team members on quality assurance processes and complex data tools
      - Foster a positive and motivated team culture through effective management and mentorship

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-7 years of professional experience in project management
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency with SQL
      - Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
      - Experience maintaining complex datasets and familiarity with novel ETL processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with political data
      - Proficiency with GIS
