What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build comprehensive market maps for executive roles in Product, Engineering, Operations, Go-to-Market, and G&A
- Develop targeted research strategies and create actionable insights reports on market trends and diversity benchmarks
- Source and deliver high-quality passive executive candidates while crafting tailored outreach
- Collaborate with Executive Recruiters to refine search strategies and present findings to VP and C-suite stakeholders
- Maintain and update executive talent pipelines while ensuring rigorous documentation within the CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-6 years of experience in executive recruiting research, sourcing, or talent intelligence in high-growth tech companies or executive search firms
- Proven track record of identifying and engaging senior leadership talent across various functions
- Hands-on experience with market mapping and creating structured search documentation
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one ATS/CRM platform for pipeline management
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM and familiarity with AI-powered talent intelligence platforms
- Ability to present research and candidate strategies to senior stakeholders with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
