What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls from guests who purchased promotional vacation getaways and assist them with booking travel dates.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and address any escalated customer service issues.
- Help deliver on arrivals, increase revenue for the department, and guarantee tour volume for the resorts.
- Engage in package retention, selling dates, and retaining business.
- Participate in training sessions and adapt to post-training work hours as needed.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- 1+ years of customer service, reservations, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1+ years of call center experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience highly preferred.
- Previous experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with central reservation systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
