What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls from guests who purchased a promotional vacation getaway and assist with booking travel dates
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and address any escalated customer service issues
- Help deliver on arrivals, increase revenue for the department, and guarantee tour volume for the resorts
- Engage in package retention activities, including saving the sale and selling dates
- Work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, to meet business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- 1+ years of customer service, reservations, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience highly preferred
