What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide quality support to Client Support, Implementation, and Client Success teams, as well as active clients
- Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot incoming inquiries to achieve client satisfaction
- Document support incidents and escalate issues to appropriate parties as needed
- Manage correspondence with clients and staff through the helpdesk ticketing system
- Support the roll-out of new product releases and assist in growing Client Portal content
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University Degree or College Diploma with a major in Accounting, Commerce, or relevant experience
- 1+ years of experience with Multiview Financial Software
- 2-5 years of relevant client support experience
- Proven success in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience working in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of accounting and financial management practices
