What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekends
- Physical capability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lbs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
- Familiarity with retail technology and operational processes
