What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to both retail and professional customers
- Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team member execution on service programs
- Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders
- Manage retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Perform all store opening and closing duties, including securing the building and managing cash deposits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair
- Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish being highly desired
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ASE Certification
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Familiarity with customer service programs and retail operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience with inventory management and merchandising tasks
