What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, managing the end-to-end sales cycle post-launch
- Conduct a high volume of daily outreach activities, including calls, emails, and social selling
- Create sales collateral and custom case studies to showcase the benefits of the employer's platform
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as retention rates and revenue generated
- Utilize Salesforce and sales engagement tools to prioritize leads and track contact movements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in advertising or CPG
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for building rapport with clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of the advertising industry and CPG advertising
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
- Experience leveraging AI to enhance sales processes
- Experience managing a large book of business
