What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound and outbound call volume to assist patients and their families
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information, including health insurance and third-party liability
- Answer pre-billing questions and provide support to patients
- Update patient transport records with accurate information
- Collaborate with team members to meet overall team goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a call center environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with computers and related technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year working in a customer service position
- High school diploma or GED, or significant relevant work experience
