What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee day-to-day operations and staff management in the Medical Oncology ICU
- Provide direct nursing care and leadership for clinical and administrative functions
- Develop and maintain work processes to ensure department efficiency
- Promote effective communication among staff and patients
- Identify and resolve staffing and resource issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of current or ICU nursing experience
- Previous charge, lead, or supervisory nursing experience
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Washington
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous work experience in ICU medical and/or oncology nursing
