What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the integration of the HUGO™ Robotic-Assisted Surgery system into hospitals, ensuring successful program implementation
- Conduct regular program review meetings with stakeholders to track goals and metrics
- Develop and coordinate training plans for surgeons and hospital staff to facilitate technology adoption
- Utilize change management techniques to engage clinical stakeholders and promote operational excellence
- Track project milestones to demonstrate the value delivered to pilot sites
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical environment or with robotic surgical products/procedures
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory (>75%)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders
