NOTE: Strong Scrum Master, QA and BA skills are required

*ALL candidates MUST be able to attend a web interview, NO exceptions.
*Candidates will work remote but will need to come to Clifton Forge:
- to pick up laptop.
- Approximately every 2 months for in-person meetings
*Contract could be extended beyond 6/30/25

The Scrum Master/Business Analyst candidate will serve multiple roles. As scrum master the candidate will be expected to take ownership and drive the teams to success. As a quality assurance tester, the candidate will be expected to design, document, and execute test cases. As a business analyst, the candidate will be expected to develop, manage, and document systems, applications, and data requirements. This role takes the lead in ensuring proper business and technical documentation is written in support of new or existing processes.

It is essential that the selected candidate has strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions. The ability to prioritize work effectively and address issues in a timely manner is also essential.
