      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Travel to clients and conduct safety inspections of worksites and facilities in Upstate New York
      - Identify workplace hazards and submit recommendations for compliance
      - Write safety programs and assist in their implementation
      - Conduct safety classes with client employees when necessary
      - Create safety manuals, including site-specific manuals as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of OSHA 1926 and 1910 (all subparts) required
      - Ideal candidate should hold certificates and be able to conduct forklift safety training, aerial lift, and boom safety training
      - OSHA certified trainer and possessing a NYS CR-59 certification, or the ability to achieve certification during employment
      - Self-motivated and proactive in identifying problems and developing recommended solutions
      - High degree of business acumen and ability to communicate clearly with all levels of management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in conducting safety inspections and training programs
      - Familiarity with safety compliance regulations and standards
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance or safety management sector
      - Ability to interact effectively with governmental agencies
