What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive volume and margin targets by managing existing accounts and acquiring new business
- Sell and negotiate value-driven solutions to build long-term partnerships
- Maximize customer value through expert account management and cross-selling techniques
- Manage customer relationships using Salesforce and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- At least 5+ years of sales experience with in-field selling and P&L accountability
- Proven experience in developing and negotiating multi-year sales agreements
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel 30–40%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated Heavy Duty or Agricultural OEM sector experience
- Experience engaging with project, departmental, and executive-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and processes, such as Salesforce
