      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary account management contact for customer accounts, focusing on profitability and loyalty
      - Represent the employer and the Core Diagnostics brand, interacting with various teams and influencing customer purchase decisions
      - Drive continuous improvement processes and operational optimization initiatives in customer laboratories
      - Conduct quarterly business reviews and manage inventory and CPR effectively
      - Utilize CRM systems for tracking sales performance and managing customer relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Engineering, or Medical Technology
      - One to three years of experience in a laboratory environment performing diagnostics tasks
      - Three to five years of sales experience, specifically calling on healthcare professionals
      - Proficient with Salesforce.com and Power BI, along with strong computer skills
      - In-depth understanding of diagnostics laboratory processes and customer purchasing dynamics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience providing technical product application and hardware support
      - Familiarity with laboratory workflows and equipment maintenance
      - Ability to anticipate and meet customer needs while resolving conflicts professionally
