What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as forward-facing sales personnel to achieve North American sales targets
- Become technically proficient in current and future product offerings, such as automated drilling and fastening equipment
- Source leads and develop relationships with decision-makers in the aerospace manufacturing sector
- Qualify potential customers for genuine need and ability to purchase proposed solutions
- Travel to customer sites as needed for sales meetings and to ensure high-quality customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (mechanical, manufacturing, or electrical engineering)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the aerospace industry
- Experience in automated systems, manufacturing applications, or factory assembly
- Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience creating and presenting sales proposals
- Personable and outgoing, with comfort speaking in front of groups
- Willingness to travel up to 100% and possess an active US passport
