      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support a Territory Representative and gradually take ownership of several accounts
      - Maintain existing revenue and build a pipeline of opportunities
      - Attend surgical cases in the operating room to assist with product implementation
      - Secure hospital approvals and surgeon support for medical devices
      - Collaborate with management to influence decisions and contribute to community initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 6 months of outside B2B sales experience
      - Proven track record of achieving sales goals in face-to-face selling
      - Strong relationship-building, critical thinking, and organizational skills
      - Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time, including overnight stays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the medical device industry
      - Familiarity with hospital credentialing processes
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Outlook
      - Previous experience working with healthcare professionals or in surgical settings
