      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate sales revenue by executing an effective sales plan aligned with personal and team targets
      - Develop and maintain a strong capital sales funnel to meet sales quotas
      - Approach, interview, demonstrate, negotiate, and close sales at various organizational levels
      - Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through proactive selling and follow-ups
      - Stay current on competitive products and report on competitive activity to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of an Associate Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - At least 3 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare field sales
      - Proven success in selling capital and consumable medical products to healthcare facilities and Integrated Delivery Networks
      - Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills and strong written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to travel in the USA at least 90% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Existing relationships with major medical customers within the assigned geography
      - Strong business acumen with the ability to present financial analysis to healthcare customers
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com or similar CRM
      - Highly organized with effective time management skills
      - Desire and ability to learn about products and understand customer needs
