What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Convert warm, qualified leads into closed estate planning engagements
- Conduct consultative sales calls with families and affluent clients
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline momentum while managing CRM (HubSpot)
- Ensure smooth handoff to the legal team after closing deals
- Qualify incoming leads and arrange appointments to enhance customer service experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in consultative, high-value sales
- Minimum of 2 years of high-ticket B2C closing experience
- Strong communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in legal, financial, insurance, or similar industries
- Proven track record in a sales position or related field
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and confidence
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills
