      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting to build a high-quality sales pipeline
      - Develop and execute strategic outreach via personalized emails, cold calls, and social selling
      - Understand industry trends and customer pain points to effectively position solutions and drive engagement
      - Qualify leads and align opportunities with ideal customer profiles, passing high-potential prospects to Account Executives
      - Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize pipeline conversion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or relevant sales experience
      - Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, including cold calling and multi-channel outreach
      - Strong research and account-mapping skills to identify key decision-makers and business needs
      - Excellent communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling messages that drive engagement
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a relevant major

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience exceeding outbound sales metrics, such as achieving or surpassing call, email, and opportunity creation targets
      - Familiarity with a consultative sales approach and leading early-stage sales conversations
      - Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex solutions in geospatial data, SaaS, or analytics-driven industries
      - Experience working in fast-growing or high-performance sales teams
      - Skill in crafting hyper-personalized outreach based on research and industry trends
