What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage a book of business with mass tort firms, driving adoption, renewals, and revenue growth
- Prospect, qualify, and conduct discovery calls and product demos with new clients
- Conduct sales research to support senior Account Executives in developing strategic solutions
- Manage a high-velocity sales cycle and assist in developing account plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, and Marketing to improve sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a SaaS or technology sales and account management environment
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices; HubSpot experience is a major plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail
